• Designed, Developed and implemented a custom system for managing price promotion qualification and payments to beverage wholesalers.   The system is capable rewarding distributors of the clients’ products based on shipments the distributor made to retailers.  The system is capable of reimbursing based on price to retailer, volume of shipment, type of retail location, discount given to retailers, date of shipment, ort any combination of these criteria.   The amounts due are credited to a distributor by introducing a credit order into the JDE Sales Order System via EDI tables.
  
  The system acts on extracts from a distributor’s invoice database, or from a self service entry screen the distributor accesses over the web via Citrix.
  
  The system now manages promotions for a beer import company and two wine companies.
  
  
• Designed, Developed and Implemented custom customer self-service sales order application.   The application is accessed by customers via Citrix over the web.   The application determines an allowed list of SKUs, shipping business unit, and container sizes available (cases per truck, railcar, etc.) on the fly based customer setup.   Orders are validated and adjusted by customer service reps prior to introduction into the JDE Sales Order System via EDI tables.
  
  
• Provided pre and post go-live troubleshooting, data correction, and other technical support to multiple operating companies.   Support provided in Sales Order, Accounts Receivable, Stock and non-stock Procurement, EDI, Electronic Funds Transfer interfaces with Bank One.
  
  
• Created complex custom reports with heavy concentration in sales and marketing.
