• Performed design and programming work on a custom system to determine the distribution of promotional items to franchise stores. Promotional items included toys given away or sold with food purchases, window posters, countertop displays, etc.

• Performed design and programming work on a custom system that prompted customer service representatives to call franchise stores and take their orders for food, condiments, etc. The system was based on several possible patterns (weekly, every Monday and Thursday, etc.).

•  Performed design and programming work on a customization of the One World Sales Order screen. The modification built a Sales Order Template on the fly for a given franchise store based on previous sales and previous orders. The intent of the modification was to reduce the amount of time customer service reps would be on the phone with the manager of the franchise while taking orders that typically contained between 50 and 200 line items.

• Performed design and programming work on a custom interface that would accept a franchise store?s order via electronic transmission, and prompt the customer service representative to review the order and phone the franchise to confirm the order.

• Participated in conference room pilot testing and user training.
